The things that people usually want to know ⬇️
Can I get a trial period?
We only offer 30 day rolling contracts, so, nope. Soz. But check out our reviews and ask your friends if you need a little more convincing. 😉
How does onboarding work?
Once you’ve got in contact, had a lovely chat with our Founder, Luke, and signed your contract – we can get down to business (pun intended).
You’ll be matched and introduced to the VA who will best serve your needs, and you’ll hop on a call with them so that you can give them the full rundown and ask any questions. Once we’ve established what tasks need doing, we’ll set a start date and get a WhatsApp group and Trello board up and running for you.
If you’re getting copy as part of your services, you’ll then have a call with our in-house copywriter to kick things off on that front. We’ll stay in touch to make sure that everything is going well on your end and to update you on everything that you’d like us to!
How do I share my passwords securely?
We use a secure password locker so that you can share your info and we get access to all relevant accounts. This is for transferring and storing your data, so it stays private!
What are your opening hours?
We’re early birds. We start at 7:30 and finish at 4pm Monday – Friday.
How do we stay in touch?
We predominantly use WhatsApp to communicate with our clients, that way you can get a hold of us easily. Message us all hours, and we’ll reply when we’re on the clock! We also use tools like Trello to help you keep track of project and task progress.
What happens during staff holidays?
If your dedicated VA is off on annual leave, then we’ll take a break on your account and you won’t pay for those days. If there is someone on the team who can cover their work for you, we sort that (subject to availability).
